SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
 
Competences in agrifood systems for present and future needs
Enhancing the co-creation of innovation and knowledge in agriculture, forestry and related bio-value chains
Developing an innovative European science and education roadmap for sustainable agriculture
Inducing a paradigm shift from a linear to a cyclical approach of learning
 
MAIN ACTIVITIES
 
A shared inventory of skills needed for a transition to more competitive and sustainable agriculture and forestry system
Improved technical and soft skills for individuals in the agrifood and forestry sector
Greater awareness of gaps in research capacities and specific fields of science of crucial importance for sustainable agriculture
Increased efficiency of agricultural knowledge and innovation systems in the EU (and beyond)
Improved quality and usefulness of practice-oriented research
Recommendations for improved policies for education and research
